Immuron CEO Steven Lydeamore confirmed that the company has recently completed a pre‑IND meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is actively working on its Investigational New Drug (IND) application for Travelan®—its flagship oral therapeutic targeting travelers’ diarrhea. The IND will support clinical evaluation of a dosing regimen of IMM‑124E (Travelan®) suitable for use by U.S. troops and other high-risk populations, marking a key step toward formal regulatory approval and expanded commercialization in the U.S.
