In November 2020, Immuron surged on the ASX after announcing that its anti‑diarrhoea vaccine platform had delivered promising preclinical outcomes, with cows immunised against Campylobacter and Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) generating colostrum containing high levels of specific antibodies capable of inhibiting these pathogens in lab assays. These encouraging results set the stage for human controlled infection model (CHIM) trials scheduled for 2021 and underpin regulatory progress supported by the U.S. Department of Defense.
